Q: My medication is not covered, what do I do?

Contact PCA Rx at (855) 283-7882, info@pcarx.com, online at www.pcarx.myrxplan.com or our mobile app to verify if your medication is covered. If your medication is non-formulary, discuss with your doctor to discuss medication alternatives.

Q: What is a deductible?

The amount the patient is responsible for before insurance covers any  prescription cost.

A deductible is the amount of money the patient is responsible before insurance covers any prescription cost. Please contact PCA Rx at (855) 283-7882 or info@pcarx.com to verify your deductible.

Q: What is a Maximum Out-of-Pocket (M.O.O.P.)

The max dollar amount patients will have to pay in a plan year for prescription cost. Once the out-of-pocket max has been reached, the plan pays 100 % for the cost of prescriptions. Please contact PCA Rx at (855) 283-7882 or info@pcarx.com to verify your deductible.

2. Pharmacy Questions

Q: What pharmacy can I use?

PCA Rx is contracted with 68,000 + pharmacies nationwide. Specialty medications are limited to CVS Specialty Pharmacy. Please contact PCA Rx  at info@pcarx.com to verify.

Q: Where can I fill specialty medications and how do I transfer my prescriptions?

Specialty medications are required to be filled through CVS Specialty Pharmacy. Contact CVS Specialty at 1-800-237-2767, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or online at www.cvsspecialty.com.

Q: Do you have a mail order pharmacy?

Amazon mail order pharmacy is the mail order pharmacy for PCA Rx.

Q: How do I transfer prescriptions from previous mail order to Amazon Mail order?

Contact Amazon Pharmacy Customer Care at 855-745-5725. Set up Amazon Pharmacy Account at www.amazon.com/homedelivery-meds.

3. Prior Authorization

Q: What is a prior authorization?

Clinical review to ensure that medications are medically necessary and appropriate for the reason prescribed.

Q: How can I assist with the prior authorization?

Obtain a Prior Authorization form and ensure that your prescriber completes and returns it to PCA Rx at the fax number: 833-676-2016.

Q: Why do I need  a prior authorization, I’ve been taking this prescription for years?

Prior Authorization must be renewed every 6 to 12 months and/or start of a new insurance policy.

4. Pricing Plans

Q: What kind of support does Webflow provide?

We offer fast email support to paid accounts and prioritized help for team accounts. Community support (forum.webflow.com) is available to free accounts.

Q: Can I cancel my account plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. If you do, you'll be downgraded to the free Starter plan, where you can manage two unhosted projects. You won't be locked out of any sites that have hosting set up, even if you're on the free Starter plan.
